The Role:

This varied and challenging role will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a full range of Recruitment and HR generalist activities using advanced technology and sophisticated techniques to optimise recruitment and training results.


 Key Tasks & Responsibilities


  • Assist the HR team with recruitment process from creating engaging job adverts, to screening CV’s, arranging and conducting interviews; Managing the full candidate lifecycle
  • Effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholder to recruit suitable candidates
  • Build productive relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Prepare and deliver quality employee onboarding
  • Maintain employees’ HR files
  • Support in maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Maintaining the company career page and social media accounts
  • Acting as a point of contact for all managers, employees requiring general HR queries
  • Providing general recruitment, HR and administration support for the office


Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience helping with recruitment & HR is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise varied workload
  • Flexible approach to work with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Ability to handle confidential data and maintain confidentiality of the work
  • Strong attention to details and excellent IT skills in particular Excel, Word, and Outlook
