At Unsworth, we’re always listening to our customers and finding ways to make your logistics journey smoother. That’s why we’re thrilled to unveil the latest feature in Pathway: the Critical Shipment Toggle and Notifications.

This update brings a new level of precision and efficiency to your operations, allowing you to stay laser-focused on what truly matters—your most urgent shipments.

Born from customer feedback

This feature was inspired by conversations with several of our key users, who expressed the challenge of managing urgent shipments alongside regular operations. We heard you loud and clear. Our development team worked closely with these users to design a solution that would provide clarity and control without adding complexity.

Here’s what you can do:

  • Flag critical shipments: Quickly mark a shipment as ‘Hot’ to ensure it gets the attention it deserves.
  • Filter dashboards by priority: Zero in on critical shipments to streamline decision-making.
  • Customise notifications: Stay updated without being overwhelmed—urgent shipments have their own dedicated alerts, while non-critical notifications can be fine-tuned or reduced.

One of the standout features of this update is the ability to customise notifications. You can:

  • Configure alerts for urgent shipments to receive updates in real-time.
  • Reduce distractions by minimising notifications for non-critical shipments.
  • Tailor preferences for the type and frequency of updates, ensuring you stay informed without inbox overload.

Pathway In Action

Pathway’s role in your supply chain is to simplify and enhance your day-to-day operations. With this latest update, we’re reinforcing Pathway as your go-to logistics companion, giving you the tools to work smarter, not harder.

Innovation Meets Teamwork

Developing this feature wasn’t just about coding—it was a collaboration. Our product manager recalls a moment during testing when a customer remarked, “This is exactly what we needed. It’s like you’ve read our minds!” That feedback confirmed we were on the right path and pushed us to fine-tune every detail before launch.

Ready to prioritise with ease?

The Critical Shipment Toggle and Notifications are live now in Pathway, ready to help you take control of your logistics like never before. We’d love to hear how this new feature improves your experience working with Unsworth.
